1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TCF Media Group website and advertising services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

TCF Media Group provides digital outdoor advertising (DOOH) and billboard advertising services in Pakistan, including but not limited to:

• Digital billboard placements and management
• Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) media campaigns
• Motorway and highway advertising placements
• Digital pylon and large-format LED screen advertising
• Campaign planning, creative guidance, and performance reporting

Services are provided subject to availability, site approvals, and applicable regulatory requirements. TCF Media reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Campaign Bookings & Agreements

3.1 Booking Process

All advertising campaigns require a formal booking agreement signed by both parties. A campaign booking becomes binding upon receipt of the signed agreement and payment of the applicable deposit.

3.2 Creative Content

All advertising creative materials submitted by clients must comply with:

• Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) regulations
• Pakistan Advertising Standards Authority (PASA) guidelines
• TCF Media's content policies and technical specifications
• All applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan

3.3 Content Approval

TCF Media reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove any advertising content that violates applicable laws, regulations, or our content standards, without liability for refund or compensation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the individual campaign agreement. Generally:

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to confirm a booking
• The remaining balance is due prior to campaign launch
• Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 2% per month on the outstanding amount
• All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to applicable taxes (GST/PST as required)

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Campaign cancellations are subject to the following policy:

• 30+ days before campaign start: 75% refund of amounts paid (excluding deposit)
• 15–29 days before campaign start: 50% refund of amounts paid (excluding deposit)
• Less than 15 days before campaign start: No refund
• After campaign launch: No refund for the commenced period

Technical failures or outages caused by TCF Media will result in pro-rata credit toward future campaigns, at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the TCF Media website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of TCF Media Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By submitting advertising creatives to TCF Media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your campaign agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCF Media Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of business, revenue, or profits
• Loss of data or advertising impressions due to technical failure
• Delays caused by third parties, government authorities, or force majeure events
• Damage to equipment or property at advertising sites

Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific campaign giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

1. Good-faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation, if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan, if mediation is unsuccessful

The courts of Lahore, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.

9. Modifications to Terms

TCF Media reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
